Welcome to the Competency Completion Online System (CCOS).

You can produce reports for continuous improvement of your RTO's performance and for the establishment of risk profiles for your registering body.

Only RTOs that did not report 2014 AVETMISS data through their state and or territory training authorities or directly to NCVER (due to being granted a formal AVETMISS reporting exemption or accessing a one year grace period from AVETMISS reporting) are required to report 2014 CCOS enrolment and completion data.

Does my RTO need to report 2014 CCOS data?

NO: If your RTO submitted 2014 AVETMISS data to the National VET Provider Collection, you do not need to report CCOS Quality Indicator (QI) data on enrolment and completion numbers for 2014 training activity. Please contact your registering body to complete the Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction surveys.

YES: If your RTO did not submit 2014 AVETMISS data to the National VET Provider Collection you are required to collect, use and report CCOS QI data all 2014 enrolments and completions. This requirement comes under both The Data Provision Requirements 2012 . The Competency Completion Quality Indicator is submitted manually using the CCOS website.

2 Enter the email address which is listed on training.gov.au as your RTO’s Registration Enquiries contact

3 Click Generate Password

A temporary password will be emailed to the Registration Enquiries contact email address.Once logged in, the Registration Contact will be able to add additional logins, from the 'Contact details' section.

When are my CCOS reports due?
All CCOS reports are due by the 30th of June. We highly recommend submitting your data before the due date as the CCOS website can become overloaded during peak traffic periods.

Forgotten your password?

To reset your password, simply click 'Forgotten Password?' button below, enter the registered email address, and then click 'Generate Password'. A temporary password will be automatically emailed to the email address entered.
If the Registration Enquiries contact details for your RTO are incorrect on www.training.gov.au, please contact your registering body.

The Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction Quality Indicator surveys need to be sent directly to the relevant registering body (ASQA, VRQA, or WA TAC). For assistance with the surveys, please contact your registering body.
