Welcome to the Competency Completion Online System (CCOS) . You can produce reports for continuous improvement of your RTO's performance and for the establishment of risk profiles for your registering body.
It is a requirement of registration for all RTOs, regardless of funding, to collect, use and report data on three Quality Indicators (QIs). This requirement comes under the AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Initial / Continuing Registration and the VET Quality Framework. The Competency Completion Quality Indicator is submitted using the CCOS website.
If RTOs submit AVETMISS data to the National VET Provider Collection before the due date, those data will be pre-populated into the CCOS website to assist with Competency Completion reporting. Data sourced from training.gov.au (TGA) regarding RTOs and their scope of registration, are also uploaded.
RTOs still need to review this data, to ensure any additional activity that has not been included with the National VET Provider Collection is entered directly by the RTO into CCOS. All Competency Completion Quality Indicator reports must be sent manually via CCOS.
Important: The system will be closed for maintenance from 18 April 2014 and will re-open on 5 May 2014 for 2013 reporting. The report is due by 30 June 2014.
